Health Care Reform: Employer mandate delayed for employers with 50-99 full time workers

On February 10, 2014, the IRS issued final regulations that further delay part of the Affordable Care Act (the health care reform law) that affects employers. The first delay pushed that mandate out until 2015, but the newest delay will cause this to drag out into 2016, after the elections.

So, if you are an employee who works for such a company, it could be awhile before you see any changes.
